Overview
Xerox needed to re-energize its Latin American reseller network and boost engagement with its sales incentive platform.
By transforming a generic tool into Connex, a branded, gamified experience, we built stronger connections between Xerox and its partners. The platform increased reseller participation, reinforced brand alignment, and created a scalable model for future engagement programs.
The Challenge
Resellers felt disconnected from the Xerox brand, and the existing incentive system wasn’t motivating action. Without a more engaging experience, Xerox risked declining sales participation and weaker channel relationships.
The Approach
I led the creative strategy and UX design to reimagine the platform as Connex—a fully branded, gamified experience that celebrated progress and performance. We developed naming, visual identity, and storytelling that brought Xerox’s innovation to life. Working closely with cross-functional partners, I guided design and development to ensure a seamless, on-brand user experience. The launch campaign included teaser communications, in-event activations, and small branded touches to build excitement and buy-in.
The Results
Connex drove measurable increases in engagement and sales activity, replacing a one-size-fits-all tool with a differentiated, brand-rich platform. The experience deepened reseller loyalty, enhanced awareness of Xerox’s product ecosystem, and set a new benchmark for partner engagement programs. The model remains a scalable framework for future rollouts across regions.
