Symantec's PartnerClub, a longstanding program, was operating on an outdated version of Grassroots America's Sales Incentive Platform. After observing enhancements in another client's platform, Symantec recognized the opportunity to modernize their own system to better engage partners and improve sales tracking.​

Upgrade the existing platform to the latest version, incorporating new features that would enhance user experience, incentivize partner participation, and provide Symantec with more accurate sales data.​

As Creative Director, I led the platform's transformation by:​

Implementing a Badging System: Introduced a gamified element where partners earned bonus points for claimed sales and completed trainings, fostering increased engagement.​

Enhancing the Shopping Experience: Redesigned the interface to be more intuitive and visually appealing, incorporating playful interactive elements to make navigation and redemption more enjoyable.​

This not only enriched the user experience but also provided Symantec with invaluable data insights, strengthening their partner relationships and informing future strategies.​
